• Address inquiries, resolve issues or concerns, and provide support day or night during the duration of the trip
• Act as a contact person in emergencies and making alternative arrangements if necessary
• Advising on important changes that may disrupt travel plans (i.e. issues arising at destinations or with excursions that may affect a client’s itinerary)
• Follow up with clients upon returning to obtain information on what was good and/or bad about the trip and determine where improvements can be made to ensure continued quality customer service
